Originally from Timaru, Sophie has a background in design and spent time working in Melbourne before returning home to take over her family business. She’s since grown it into a much-loved brand known for its relatable marketing and genuine connection with customers. Sophie will share her journey – the highs, the lessons, and what it’s really like running a retail business in today’s fast-changing world.
