If you have a problem, concern, or complaint in connection with any products or services provided by your investment adviser or Craigs Investment Partners you should, in the first instance, promptly (in writing and/or verbally) Contact Craigs Head of Compliance to discuss, using the contact information provided below. Craigs Head of Compliance will, in good faith, try to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. However, if an appropriate outcome cannot be achieved the matter may be referred to one of the bodies listed below for resolution.
