William Rattray

William Rattray joined the Investment Banking team in 2013, following two years with Deutsche Bank New Zealand.

Over the last ten years William has advised corporate clients on a number of ECM transactions, including raising capital for Vital Healthcare Property, NZ Rural Land Co, Serko, MOVE Logistics, Napier Port, Oceania Healthcare, Tegel, Z Energy and the Fonterra Shareholders Fund, as well as advising ANZ on the sale of UDC, UDC on the acquisition of European Financial Services and Pushpay on the acquisition of Resi Media.
