Vanessa Pope

Vanessa Pope joined Craigs in March 2025 and is based at our North Shore Branch. She brings over 17 years’ experience working in the financial services industry. Her career began in London, where she worked at Goldman Sachs and Investec Asset Management. After relocating to New Zealand in 2011, Vanessa joined J B Were and the Financial Markets Authority. More recently, she worked as an Adviser for The Private Office and Forsyth Barr in Auckland.

Vanessa enjoys working closely with clients to build meaningful relationships and helping them structure investment portfolios to achieve their long-term financial goals. She provides comprehensive advice on equity, fixed income investments, managed funds and portfolio management.

Born in the UK, Vanessa now resides on the North Shore with her young family. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, water sports, tramping, and volunteering at her son’s football club.
