Tom Morton

Tom Morton joined Craigs Investment Partners North Shore Branch as an Investment Adviser in May 2026. He brings a diverse commercial background spanning luxury consumer brands, entrepreneurship, capital raising and investment product development.

Prior to joining Craigs, Tom built his career across the drinks industry, including founding Best Wine Company and Lost and Found Wine. He later moved into growth capital and funds management: supporting New Zealand businesses to raise capital, contributing to the development of alternative investment opportunities for self-directed investors, and developing distribution strategies within the managed funds sector.

Tom enjoys working with families and business owners to achieve meaningful long-term financial outcomes. He focuses on building enduring relationships and understanding the real-world challenges clients face – helping them to using capital to create security, support intergenerational goals, enable philanthropy, and, importantly, help clients enjoy life along the way.

Outside of work, Tom lives in Matakana with his family on a small farmlet. He enjoys making the most of the local beaches and rural lifestyle, playing tennis and is a budding hunter. He values the strong sense of community across the wider Rodney region.
