Renee Cadenhead

Renee Cadenhead began her career with Craigs in 2019 in the New Plymouth branch, starting as a Private Wealth Assistant before progressing to a Superannuation and Savings Adviser role. She later moved to Auckland, where she expanded her experience by managing an additional client portfolio and developing her expertise across a broader range of client needs.

In 2023, Renee moved to Canada, where she worked as an Options Trader and Investment Associate with Raymond James, gaining valuable international experience with a global wealth management and investment banking firm. Returning to New Zealand in 2025, she joined Invest New Zealand as an adviser supporting foreign investment into New Zealand businesses.

Today, Renee has come full circle, returning to her hometown of New Plymouth and rejoining Craigs as an Investment Adviser.

Renee advises clients across all aspects of investment management, with particular expertise in portfolio management for private clients, family trusts and KiwiSaver. She also has experience assisting clients with Australian and UK pension transfers.

Originally from Ōakura, Renee was actively involved with the New Plymouth Old Boys Surf Lifesaving Club and spent many university summers patrolling Taranaki beaches.

Renee enjoys living in New Plymouth with her partner and their Schnauzer, Bruce. Outside of work, she enjoys running, spending time in the mountains, and making the most of any opportunity to get out on the snow.
