Oliver McDowell

Ollie joined the Investment Banking team in 2022, following 6 years at PwC. His most recent position at PwC was as a Director within their Debt, Capital and Infrastructure advisory team.

Ollie leads the Investment Banking debt capital markets team and has experience across a range of offer structures, instruments and issuers. In addition, Ollie has experience advising on M&A transactions, with a focus on infrastructure. He recently advised QIC on their acquisition of 50% of Vector Metering for $1.3bn and advised BP on the block trade of their 8% stake in Channel Infrastructure.
