Mike Kaye

Mike Kaye joined Craigs Investment Partners Napier Branch in November 2025 following the acquisition of Somerset Smith Partners, a respected Hawke’s Bay investment advisory firm where he served as General Manager. With over 20 years’ experience in financial services, Mike brings extensive knowledge and a proven track record in helping clients to achieve their investment goals.

Mike specialises in portfolio management for private clients, trusts, and estates. He provides expert advice across equities, fixed interest investments, and KiwiSaver, tailoring strategies to meet individual needs and objectives.

Mike also served 10 years as a Constable in the New Zealand Police, demonstrating his commitment to integrity and service, values that underpin his approach to client relationships today.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys staying active, travelling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
