Kate Roberts-Gray joined the Investment Banking team in October 2021. Prior to this, Kate was a corporate lawyer at Chapman Tripp, where she was involved in a range of high-profile transactions.
Since joining Craigs, Kate has worked closely with listed issuers on significant and novel transactions, including secondary capital raisings for Vital Healthcare, MOVE Logistics and Serko. Kate has also been involved in a range of debt capital markets transactions for bank, senior and subordinated offers, including for Napier Port, Vector and Contact Energy. Kate was also involved in advising QIC on their acquisition of 50% of Vector Metering.
