Justin Queale

Justin Queale is CEO, Corporate and Institutional at Craigs Investment Partners, a role he assumed in April 2026 after serving as CEO, Investment Banking since 2024.

Justin brings over 25 years of investment banking experience in the New Zealand market, including a lengthy tenure at Goldman Sachs where he served as Head of Investment Banking, New Zealand.

He has provided strategic advice to clients across multiple sectors and led transactions across a spectrum of cross-border and local M&A, public markets takeover response, public to private acquisitions as well as IPO, equity and debt capital markets transactions. In addition Justin had supported client relationships with strategic reviews, shareholder activism, capital structure advice, DRPs, share buybacks and valuations.
