Justin Queale

Justin Queale joined the Investment Banking team in 2024. Justin has over 25 years of investment banking experience in the New Zealand market, the majority of time working at Goldman Sachs where he was most recently the Head of Investment Banking in New Zealand.

Justin has provided strategic advice to clients across multiple sectors and led transactions across a spectrum of cross-border and local M&A, public markets takeover response, public to private acquisitions as well as IPO, equity and debt capital markets transactions. In addition Justin had supported client relationships with strategic reviews, shareholder activism, capital structure advice, DRPs, share buybacks and valuations.

Justin graduated from the University of Otago with a BCom (Accounting and Finance) and Masters of Business (Finance). He is qualified as a CFA® Charterholder and is a NZX Adviser.
