Craig is an Institutional Equities Dealer with over 30 years of experience in equity sales and offshore client servicing in the New Zealand and Australian sharebroking industries. Craig is also a specialist in buybacks.
Craig has been involved in large number of large transactions, including the IPOs of Meridian, Fonterra Shareholders’ Fund, Tegel, Orion, Oceania and Summerset. Other transactions Craig has been involved in include the sale of News Corp’s stake in Sky Network Television, the Crown’s selldown of its Air New Zealand stake, BP’s selldown of its stake in Refining NZ, the sale of Arrium’s stake in Steel & Tube.
