Andrew Ranford

Andrew Ranford joined the Investment Banking team in May 2020. Prior to this, Andrew worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions team at KPMG.

Andrew has experience across a range of M&A and equity capital markets transactions, including Igneo Infrastructure Partners’ acquisition of Waste Management NZ, the IPO of My Food Bag, China Resources’ sale of its 15% stake in Scales Corporation, and New Zealand Rural Land Co’s follow-on capital raise.
