Craigs implements strategic partnership with TA Associates

The strategic partnership between Craigs Investment Partners (“Craigs” or “the Firm”), a leading wealth management firm in New Zealand, and TA Associates (“TA”), a leading global private equity firm, takes effect today, with all conditions relating to the agreement, including Overseas Investment Office (OIO) consent, Court approval and shareholder approval obtained.

Initially announced in December, the agreement sees Craigs’ employee and director shareholders retain 50 percent ownership of the Firm, partnering closely with TA to accelerate Craigs’ growth strategy.
