Craigs announces sale of QuayStreet Asset Management business to Smartshares Limited

NZX Limited’s wholly owned subsidiary, Smartshares Limited, is acquiring the QuayStreet business.
The acquisition includes all ten of QuayStreet’s managed funds and QuayStreet KiwiSaver.
