Nick joined Craigs as a Compliance Manager in January 2022 and was appointed Head of Risk in September 2023. Prior to Craigs, Nick worked in NZX’s regulatory arm, NZ RegCo, for 7 years supervising and advising market participants on compliance and risk. Before NZX, Nick spent four years in London with one of the UK’s largest institutional wealth managers, Legal & General Investment Management.
Nick graduated from Otago University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting, Finance, Economics).
As Head of Risk, Nick is responsible for leading and managing Craigs’ risk management framework, working collaboratively within the business to ensure organisational risk is effectively assessed and managed.
