Michael is a Managing Director at TA. Based in the Firm’s Boston office, Michael is co-head of TA’s North America Services Group, focusing on investments in business and financial services companies. He is also responsible for supporting the Firm’s Hong Kong office. Michael serves on the Boards of several TA portfolio companies, including Benecon, Fisher Funds, Gong cha, LeadsOnline, OMNIA Partners, PMA, TouchTunes and Yarra Capital Management, and is a Board Observer of LeadVenture. He formerly served on the Boards of Backstage, Dealer Tire, Keeley Asset Management, Microban International, Professional Warranty Service Corporation, Speedcast International, Towne Parke, Triumph HealthCare and Truck Hero.
Prior to joining TA, Michael worked in private equity at JLL Partners and Frontenac Company. Michael graduated from Harvard College with a concentration in East Asian Studies and subsequently earned a JD from Harvard Law School and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
