Luke Beattie

Luke Beattie joined the Investment Banking team in 2017. Prior to this, Luke worked in the Corporate Finance team at PwC.

Luke’s experience involves the provision of M&A, valuation and equity capital markets advice for a range of offshore and domestic clients. Selected transactions include the sale of Vodafone’s New Zealand business, Igneo Infrastructure Partners’ acquisition of Waste Management NZ, the public takeover of Tegel by Bounty Fresh, the IPO of Napier Port, the IPO of My Food Bag and follow-on capital raisings for Gentrack, Kathmandu, Comvita and MOVE Logistics.
