Luke Beattie

Luke Beattie joined the Investment Banking team in 2017. Prior to this, Luke worked in the Corporate Finance team at PwC.

Luke has advised a range of corporate clients on a M&A, valuation and ECM transactions. Selected transactions include the sale of Vodafone’s New Zealand business, Igneo Infrastructure Partners’ acquisition of Waste Management NZ, the public takeover of Tegel by Bounty Fresh, the IPO of Napier Port and several follow-on capital raisings for NZX-listed corporates.
