Rate cuts, recession fears and rising volatility

There’s a lot going on in the world of financial markets right now. Central banks are starting to ease monetary policy, growth concerns have increased in the wake of softer economic indicators, and there’s been significant volatility over the past few weeks.

Mark Lister, Investment Director, spoke to Emily Whiting, a London-based investment specialist with J.P. Morgan Asset Management about how this is impacting the outlook for emerging markets.

They discussed the impact of rate cuts from the Federal Reserve, prospects for the Chinese and Indian economies, which sectors investors should be targeting right now and much more.
