Julia Cervin

Julia Cervin leads Craigs’ Quality of Advice team and is a member of the Craigs Wealth Management Leadership Team. With more than 20 years’ experience across financial services, risk, compliance and governance, she plays a key role in helping ensure clients receive high-quality financial advice that meets both regulatory requirements and their individual needs.

Throughout her career, Julia has developed a reputation for translating complex regulatory requirements into practical solutions that improve client outcomes while supporting sustainable business growth. She has led major initiatives to simplify financial advice processes, enhance the client experience and help organisations navigate significant regulatory change.

Before joining Craigs, Julia held leadership roles with BNZ, ANZ, Kiwibank and FIS Fintech. Her experience combines technical expertise, commercial pragmatism and a passion for quality financial advice. She has also contributed to work exploring how artificial intelligence and digital channels can support the future delivery of financial advice.
