David Hayes joined Craigs Investment Partners Christchurch branch in August 2026 following the acquisition of Hamilton Hindin Greene, a respected Canterbury investment advisory firm, where he worked for 20 years and served as a Director.
Prior to immigrating to New Zealand, David worked as a licensed investment adviser in the United States with Wells Fargo Securities and the Fortune 100 company, Nationwide Financial Services.
David provides tailored investment advice to build and manage clients’ investment portfolios, utilising fixed interest, government bonds, exchange traded funds, managed funds and equities.
Originally from Phoenix Arizona, David moved to Christchurch in 2000 and has proudly called Canterbury home ever since. Before settling in New Zealand, he travelled extensively and even spent time in Antarctica while serving in the US Navy.
