If you have a problem, concern or complaint in connection with your investment adviser or Craigs Investment Partners with any service given you should, in the first instance, promptly (in writing and/or verbally) detail the particulars to the Head of Compliance. The Head of Compliance will, in good faith, try to resolve the matter. If an appropriate outcome cannot be achieved the matter may be referred to one of the bodies listed below.
